I have the most laid-back couples and I absolutely love it! Brian and Kaitlyn designed an intimate wedding full of dreamy details, stunning florals, and their closest family and friends at The Maridor in charming Grandin Village. I had been eager to shoot at The Maridor and it was a dream come true - a gorgeous historic home with a light-filled bridal suite and the kindest coordinator (shout out to Brenda!). Kaitlyn’s sister, Emily, did a phenomenal job with the calligraphy for all of the signs and Gloriosa blew me away with the dogwood florals! One of my favorite aspects was the single table at the reception for all of their family and close friends to gather around. I always love listening to toasts (and capturing reactions) after dinner because I get such a clear picture of the bride and groom from the people who know them best. It is always an incredible reminder of the honor is it to be invited to capture the once-in-a-lifetime love stories.
